Last November Decerto.net interviewed Infused General Manager Oliver 'Acid7' Sellors. If you missed the interview check it out here: We always look for different people to interview and rather than do the normal top players, we've branched out a little and done one with a manager. That man is Oli 'Acid' Sellors, the current general manager for Infused. He's just got back from MLG Providence where his Black Ops team placed a very respectable 13th on their first attempt. Check out the interview below; Hi Oli, for those unaware of who you are, can you give us a quick introduction? I'm Oliver Sellors, 21 years old and from Manchester. I currently work in my family business as a Sales Manager, but also started up a Consultancy company for gaming with Andy who owns Infused. I have a strong passion for gaming which takes up a lot of my time, but when I'm not doing it I'll be out with friends at my mates bar.  Oli at MLG Providence Can you tell us a little bit more information about what you do for Infused? I joined Infused about 15 months ago now, after I tried to build my own org I wanted to put the time and effort in to something worthwhile. I originally joined when Andy had just re-launched the org and came in as Console Manager. Instantly we just worked well together and after a month or two I was already helping him with the background work and marketing side of things. I'm currently the General Manager and overlook all sides of things now. How did you get involved with competitive gaming originally? When I originally used to play it was on Rainbow6:Vegas but I was still around 16 at the time and didn't know much about LAN events or anything. Towards the end I was playing with the liked of Gunshy, Black. Reason DoM, Predator. When CoD4 came out these lot continued on but I never really had the time and knew I was never going to enjoy playing at a lower level. From this I just wanted to stay involved so I always kept active on Decerto and went from there getting in to management. Can you tell us more about the company you've setup with Andy? Sure, as I mentioned earlier, when I joined Infused Me and Andy instantly clicked with each other and bounced ideas of each other all the time. As Infused has started to grow we have had companies who have wanted to get involved in gaming approach us, but sometimes they clash with current sponsors so we can't have both. Infused Interactive is a consultancy company in which we are working with these brands to help them enter the gaming market in a way that suits them. Yes, its maybe not started as well as we potentially hoped for and had lined up, but its going well with the couple we are working with. A lot of companies are still scared to spend their money or waiting for 2012 budgets still which doesn't help, but we have a big new part of the company being launched any week now (Hopefully early December). Infused recently sent it's Black Ops team to MLG Providence and you attended with them. How was that? MLG was amazing to be honest. I knew it was going to be really organised and big, but I didn't expect to see such a high number of general spectators. Some people may have heard my interview on main stage before the game versus Limitless. EGL is doing well to progress but still has a big gap to close until it gets to MLG levels.
